GLITCH ART OSLO GLITCH INTERPLAY 11/2002

SPRAWL 18 APRIL 2002

Venue: Global Cafe, Golden Square, London.
NB. Global Cafe has been bought by developers, so don't go looking for it..

Some computer screenshots from my first attempt at writing some VJ software.
They aren't actual photographs from the night, but they're representative
of the sort of thing I was subjecting the audience to as they listened
to Kim Cascone's post-digital experiments.

The highlight was when Kim played a (granular-synthesized?) glitchy version
of Whiter Shade of Pale, which fused perfectly with the glitchy visuals.
BBC B robotic arm Casio pocket computer

Man with Geiger counter Woman with 8'' IBM floppy diskette (diskette not shown)

Anti-Correlation
I also contributed some suitably mad glitchoid
animations for Kim's Anti-Correlation
video. This was shown before his performance.
